Women’s Nourishment Collective:
Women’s Circles are supportive, therapeutic gatherings where women come together in a safe and non-judgmental space to share experiences, emotions, and personal growth journeys. Rooted in ancient traditions of communal healing, these circles provide an opportunity for connection, self-reflection, and empowerment.
Purpose & Benefits
Women’s Circles are designed to foster emotional support, self-expression, and resilience. They can help participants:
- Process emotions through guided discussions, storytelling, and reflective exercises.

Soul Dance Tribe Presents Unity – A Conscious Dance Experience:
Unity by the Soul Dance Tribe is a unique evening of movement and meditation, where you can fully immerse yourself in the rhythm of the music. Experience an eclectic mix of beats from our guest DJs and allow your body to move freely, embracing intuitive dance in a welcoming and supportive space.
We provide a safe, sober environment with a selection of refreshing non-alcoholic drinks, energizing smoothie shots, and delicious homemade tray bakes. Take time to unwind in our chill-out area, whether you want to rest or keep dancing. As the night draws to a close, we’ll ease into a gentle stretch, followed by a deeply relaxing meditation and sound immersion.
All of this takes place in a hidden gem of a venue, tucked away on Portland Place in Carlisle.
