How can I schedule a session?
Sessions are scheduled after the initial consultation. We first offer a free 15 minute consultation to learn more about you and your needs. If proceeding, Dr Jan Warnes will match you with an associate therapist that best fits your unique difficulties. We will send you our registration form to complete, with our policies. From there our associate will be in touch to book you in for your first session. Future sessions can be booked in at the end of the previous session, and sessions will only proceed if you are happy, give consent, and payment has been made first.

Is there a fee structure available for the services?
Session fees are dependent on the associate, however they range from £100 – £125 per hour. ADHD Assessment flat fee of £1200. The main thing to know is we require payment prior to sessions to secure the slots as we have a small waiting list. Invoices tend to go out a few days before the session. We also have a 48hr cancellation policy. Please see table of fees for more specific information.
What age groups do you work with?
We work with all age groups from Children to adults, however this is specific to each associate and we specialise particularly with helping children / young people and families.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions you’ll need depends on your individual goals, concerns, and progress throughout therapy. Some people benefit from short-term therapy focused on specific issues, while others may find longer-term support more helpful for deeper exploration and lasting change. During your initial sessions, your therapist will work with you to develop a personalised plan and regularly review your progress to ensure your needs are being met. You can stop therapy at anytime.
