I am a HCPC registered clinical psychologist. I have 22 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families, and qualified in 2009. Over the years I have worked in various child and adolescent mental health services, as well as those engaging with young people who were hard to reach through outreach and looked after children services. I have also worked in an adult obesity service as well as with adolescents and adults with eating disorders. I have also completed the DBT intensive training, and can provide a DBT informed approach in my private practice.

I also offer parenting support, understanding about the importance of connection being at the foundation to support children when they become emotionally dysregulated. I have a special interest in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and have completed extensive training in this therapeutic approach. I have completed a postgraduate diploma in supervising CBT therapists. I also have trained in compassion focused therapy which can be helpful when individuals are highly critical and find it difficult to prioritise their own needs.

I am also trained to provide ADHD comprehensive diagnostic assessments for both children and adults.
I provide in-person sessions in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. I also offer online sessions via video call
