Dr. Jodie Quigg, Clinical Psychologist, EMDR Therapist
I am a Clinical Psychologist, working with children, young people and adults across the NHS, schools and forensic settings, for over 25 years.
I am passionate about the use of psychological understanding to help empower individuals to lead healthy and fulfilling lives according to their goals.
I currently specialise in working with children, young people and adults that have experienced trauma or distressing events and experiences.
For the ‘Family Associates’, I offer EMDR therapy. This aims to help a person to re-process memories that are causing them distress or holding them back in life, so they can move on with their lives in a healthier way.
I am warm, caring and believe a therapeutic ‘connection’ is key for change to happen. I therefore welcome openness and honesty about the therapeutic relationship and believe you should find the therapist that feels right for you. I love the journey of empowerment I share with my clients.
I provide remote sessions via Zoom.
