Client Testimonials:

Client seeking ADHD assessment:

‘I really enjoyed working with Rachel, she was very quick with communication and any questions I had regarding my diagnosis. She had a respectful, calm presence which was very helpful for me to feel comfortable and think more clearly. The whole process was really easy and was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Rachel to anyone who is seeking help with ADHD.’

‘I was at a low ebb. Feeling anxious and worried. Not sleeping well and suffering from anxiety and very low self-esteem. I realised that I needed some support but was nervous to seek help.

When I eventually contacted Rachel, I very soon felt relieved that I had reached out to her. Rachel listened to my worries and issues with patience and sympathy. She put me at ease and helped me work through these concerns in a step wise approach, teaching me several different techniques and approaches to improve my mental health. She helped me challenge and question my negative thoughts and opened my mind to different perspectives and thoughts. Now I feel much happier and back on track. Whilst I know that I may have anxious and low moments again in the future, I am now much better equipped to handle these situations so that these thoughts are in the background and not all consuming.’
